 Oregon Garden

      One of the major attractions in historic Silverton. The garden features, modern art, wetlands , a rediscovery forest, a children's garden, water features, and a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

 Silver Falls State Park

      Silver Falls State park is the largest state park in Oregon and has been described as an oasis, there are a variety of splendid waterfalls, trails, fascinating rock formations and greenery. A must see if you are visiting Silverton.

 Mt. Angel Oktoberfest

     An annual celebration in September.  Bavarian treats, arts and crafts, beer garden, charming alpine chalets line the village streets. While in Mt. Angel, be sure to visit Mt. Angel Monastery open year round. Garden, world famous library, Gregorian chanting.

 Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival, 'Tulip fest'

     25th Annual Tulip Fest , March 25th - May 3, 2010, An annual celebration with over 40 acres of tulips & daffodils in bloom.

     For those gardeners who want to travel further, visit Buck Canyon Gardens during their annual peony show. May 22 & 23, May 29 - 31, and June 5 & 6, or browse their online catalog year round.
